FrameworkManager מסיר מעליך את העול והסיבוכים הקשורים בטיפול ברמת ה-UI של המערכת, ומאפשר לך לתכנת טסטים נקיים וטובים יותר, במהירות רבה יותר.
מלבד מתן פלטפורמה נוחה ופשוטה ביותר לבניית ותחזוקת תסריטים מורכבים, FrameworkManager פותר את אחת הבעיות האינהרנטיות למאגר האובייקטים של QTP – חוסר היכולת שלו להעביר מידע מספק על האפליקציה אל התסריט (לדוגמה, האם שדה הוא שדה חובה, האם שני שדות קשורים זה לזה וכו’). לרוב אנו נאלצים לפצות על חסרון זה באמצעות מבני IF ו-Select-Case ענקיים (אם מדובר בשדה Email, להזין ערך אחד, אם בשדה מספרי ערך אחר, וכו’), ההופכים למגושמים וקשים לתחזוקה. בסופו של דבר, הכנסת הטיפול בשדה נוסף לתסריט הופכת למטלה מייאשת של תיקוני קוד אינסופיים, שרק גורמים לעוד צרות בחלקים נוספים של התסריט. בעזרת FrameworkManager, כל הבעיות האלו הופכות לנחלת העבר.
FrameworkManager מאפשר להעביר לתוך התסריט כל מידע רלוונטי בנוגע לאפליקציה באופן גנרי, מסודר, ונטול סיבוכים. מבני קבלת החלטות מפורקים למחלקות משנה מבודדות הניתנות לעדכון ותחזוקה ללא כל סיכון לזליגת באגים לחלקים נוספים בתסריט. בנוסף לכל, FrameworkManager לא תלוי בסביבת הפיתוח בה אתם עובדים – הוא תומך אינהרנטית בכל אפליקציה ש-QTP יודע לעבוד איתה, וניתן להרחבה בקלות לטיפול באובייקטים ופקדים לא מוכרים
